Foundation Classes:

Foundations I-Yoga Basics

The beauty of yoga is that there is something for everyone. Foundations I: Yoga Basic eases newcomers and seasoned practitioners into a regular practice. Our small group classes, tailored for individual needs, are designed to help students refine and improve their technique and refresh their understanding of the fundamentals. Through mindful work and attention to breath, students will learn proper alignment in basic postures. Students will build strength, flexibility, and balance, and awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

Foundations II-Going Deeper

The Foundations: Going Deeper is for seasoned practitioners who want to refine, evolve, or refresh their practice. With detailed instruction and safe guidance, students are encouraged and supported to explore foundational and more advanced postures more deeply. Through mindful work and attention to breath, these more challenging poses will encourage experienced students to slow down and turn inward. Experience is required and will be evaluated via an initial private session with Lindsay Gibson before the student is allowed to join the Going Deeper series.

Foundations Series Classes

Foundations classes are run in eight- or nine-week series. Pre-registration is required. Please email us for more information. In-person classes are held in the studio. A zoom link will be provided for virtual classes.
