Yesterday my 95 year old student, who tall at 4’6″, did tree pose, Vrksasana, for the first time all by herself! She was using Muscle Energy root down and Organic Energy to stand tall. She was filled with beauty. I am not sure who was more excited!!! Such grace! Thank you!
